Order
- For orders, please go to Product page and click on your choice of gift to add to your shopping cart or call us at (65) 9152-5652. Alternatively, you can email us at sales@balloonscreation.
- 2 days’ order notice is required.
- Order cut-off is 6 p.m. (Singapore time).
- All Orders confirmation will be made via telephone.
- Goods sold are non refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Balloons Creation reserve the rights to replace any raw materials with another of equivalent value depending on availability. In the unlikely event of a substitution, utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to your requested item.
Delivery
- All prices listed are in Singapore currency and inclusive of delivery within Singapore during operating hours.
- A surcharge of S$15 will be applicable for every redirection after first delivery.
Payment Arrangement
- Personal orders must be fully paid before delivery via ATM Fund Transfer, Paypal or Internet Banking.
